QCC improvement project

The Quality Control Circles (QCC)  is composed of employees in production, service and management positions. It aims to use quality theories and methods to improve quality, reduce consumption, improve the environment, and improve quality around the organization’s business strategy, policy goals, and on-site problems. Human quality and economic benefits.  QCC activities are an effective way to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and improve quality. They integrate PDCA’s improvement path and seven major support tools, which can enhance employees’ problem-solving abilities and quality awareness. In October 2023, the QCC improvement project ceremony was launched, and two major topics were carried out: “management type” and “key research type”. In the improvement phase, team members brainstorm and formulate effective action plans that can be implemented. After two months, the improvement project has achieved initial results, including changes in employee literacy, quality awareness, on-site problems, cost reduction and efficiency improvement. The chairman of the group fully affirmed the results of this QCC release and asked all departments to continue to further promote various quality activities and promote their own quality improvement and technological innovation. The QCC results conference was held to promote mutual exchanges of QCC project activities among various departments. The company will continue to leverage the advantages of the quality sharing platform, strengthen communication and interaction on lean production, quality optimization and other aspects, and contribute to the company’s high-quality development.  In 2024, each department will continue to improve projects, involve personnel from all positions, and propose more efficient improvement plans to promote the company’s high-quality development.
